Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair and maintenance of multiple rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that all properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional, providing a positive living experience for tenants. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on rental properties. Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants and property management. Conduct repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, appliances, and general carpentry. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Assist in property upgrades and improvements to enhance value and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications: Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general carpentry. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various maintenance issues efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with tenants and vendors. Valid driver’s license
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
