Additional Information:
This OA 2 position is responsible for enrolling and withdrawing students, welcoming new families, managing long-term absences, and maintaining accuracy of our student records within the Student Information System. This position also ensures teachers are meeting report card completion deadlines, caring for students in the Health Room, and supporting other office tasks as needed.
Purpose:
The Office Assistant 2 helps ensure the efficiency and organization of school and District departments by performing a wide range of specialized duties to support office operations.
