Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured for kitchen staff.
- Provide recommendations and upselling options to enhance the dining experience for guests.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented well.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
Requirements
