Job Summary
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism or developmental delays by conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and supervising Behavior Technicians to ensure effective and compassionate implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with families to support growth in communication, social, and daily-living skills while promoting positive behaviors and meaningful progress. This role is ideal for a dedicated, motivated professional who is passionate about making a measurable difference in the lives of children and contributing to a collaborative, client-centered ABA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and ongoing skills assessments.
- Develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision to RBTs/behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
- Train and support parents, caregivers, and team members in behavior intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when appropriate.
- Uphold ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.
Qualifications Required:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience of developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).
