BaneCare Management is seeking a dependable Cook to support our dietary teams at:

• Craneville Place Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation – Dalton, MA

• Springside Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center – Pittsfield, MA

• Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community – Dalton, MA

Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals according to planned menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.

• Ensure meals are nutritious, appetizing, and served according to established portion control standards.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.

• Assist with meal service and kitchen operations as needed.

• Support the Food Service Director and dietary staff at each community.

• Travel between all three locations based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience required; long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to different kitchen teams.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to work at all three locations.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.

• ServSafe Certification
