Business Office Manager

Springside Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Business Office Manager to support the day-to-day financial and front office operations of our facility. We are a skilled nursing center providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing resident accounts, financial processes, and front desk operations. This role works closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure accurate billing, strong customer service, and smooth daily operations.

• Manage resident accounts, including personal needs allowance (PNA) funds

• Process deposits, bank reconciliations, and check requests

• Support accounts receivable and billing functions

• Oversee reception staff and front desk operations

• Communicate with residents and families regarding billing and account questions

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

• Order and manage office supplies as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, office management, or financial operations

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or healthcare setting preferred, but not required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable managing financial transactions and reconciliations

• Experience supervising staff or coordinating office operations is a plus
