Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, ensuring data integrity.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate inventory systems with ERP software.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and support the inventory team to ensure high performance.
- Delegate tasks and provide clear guidance on inventory-related processes.

- Coordination and Communication:

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and inventory software.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed.
