The Springs of Pine Bluff is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team as Medication Aides/Techs. In this role, you'll help ensure residents receive their prescribed medications safely and on time, contributing to the high standard of care our facility is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the administration or self-administration of medications per provider orders and state guidelines
Monitor and document resident responses to medications
Maintain accurate medication records and inventory
Keep medication carts and supply areas organized and compliant
Support communication with pharmacies and nursing teams
Requirements:
Successful completion of MAC training
