What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN or LPN Unit Manager position at Springs of Fort Smith?
The primary purpose of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the unit/hall during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to assure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The unit manager also assists the ADON and DON in ensuring our records and charting are accurate and timely across the facility to ensure we stay within state and federal guidelines with our care at all times.
Valid LPN or RN license in Arkansas required.
