What You’ll Do:

  Deliver therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT

• Assist in executing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function

• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey

What You Bring:

  Active Arkansas COTA license

• A passion for patient care and teamwork

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
