Requirements / Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience: 1. High School Diploma or the equivalent 2. Demonstrated experience performing and/or instructing color guard at the high school, collegiate, or independent (WGI/drum corps) level. 3. Prior experience as a caption head, instructor, or choreographer for a scholastic or independent color guard program preferred. 4. Experience choreographing full field shows or competitive routines preferred.
