We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation and repair of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic standards of the facilities.
- Document maintenance activities and report on the status of repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Painting and texturing skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
