Business Analyst

Introduction:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing major computer systems, and managing change within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs to drive effective solutions and improvements. Your expertise with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, specifically JD Edwards (JDE) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, will be essential in supporting manufacturing business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business process analysis and support major computer system implementations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.
• Utilize hands-on experience with ERP platforms to participate in implementations, upgrades, configurations, and day-to-day support.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of end-to-end ERP-driven business processes, especially quote-to-cash (Q2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), and warehouse/inventory management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support ServiceNow ITSM and other IT service management platforms.
• Explore automation technologies such as PowerAutomate, RPA, and scripting to streamline manual processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure ecosystem components to support business solutions.
• Apply Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and business processes.
• Utilize manufacturing industry experience to enhance core manufacturing processes.
• Lead process innovation and business process redesign initiatives.
• Manage large business process change initiatives across the enterprise.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Five or more years of business process analysis, major computer system implementations, or change management experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ERP platforms, preferably JD Edwards (JDE) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or a comparable IT service management platform.
• Exposure to the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with automation technologies such as PowerAutomate, RPA, workflow automation, or scripting.
• Manufacturing industry experience with knowledge of core manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, conceptual thinking, and consulting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in process innovation and business process redesign.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
