Duties
- Manage and develop area through strategic management and lead generation initiatives.
- Engage in direct sales activities including cold calling, upselling, and negotiation to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients via account management practices and customer service excellence.
- Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance metrics.
- Identify new markets and opportunities through market analysis and industry research.
- Support management in developing sales strategies, and forecasting.g.
- Provide ongoing training on product offerings and technical solutions to internal teams and clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a relevant industry.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Demonstrated success in inside sales activities including cold calling and upselling strategies.
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
