Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff by providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
- Implement and monitor safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment and comply with health standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support seamless operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest or client needs promptly and professionally.

Skills
- Proven experience in custodial work or industrial cleaning with a strong understanding of sanitation practices.
