Our maintenance team plays a critical role in creating a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for every guest. If you're a self-starter who enjoys a variety of work and takes ownership of your responsibilities, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Respond to guest room and facility maintenance requests
- Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, equipment, and building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
- Complete inspections and work orders using company systems
- Assist with pool and spa operations when applicable
- Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds and public areas
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests and team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or hotel engineering experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including standing, climbing ladders, bending, and working in various weather conditions
