Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based at the Springhill Suites in Tarentum, PA. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and market share for the property and related services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with corporate and group clients, and conducting sales calls, site tours, and presentations. The role also includes preparing proposals and contracts, monitoring sales performance against targets, and collaborating closely with operations, front office, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. The Sales Manager will track market trends, maintain accurate records in sales systems, and provide regular reporting and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in hospitality or a related service industry.
- Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing sales opportunities.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
