JOB DUTIES, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MONTH/YEARS EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, SPECIAL LICENSE, ETC):
SUMMARY:
Professional Experience
- Preferably 6 month’s experience in any field where exceeding customers’ expectations were met
Hotel Experience
- Be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as necessary or requested
- Wear hotel uniform in compliance with hotel standards
- Welcomes guests to the lobby- breakfast bar and provides fast and courteous service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience and repeat business
- Set up the Hot “ On the House" breakfast each morning by following the Hotel franchise Breakfast guidelines
- Consistently interact with the guests in an effort to provide a superior breakfast experience.
- Communicate feedback to hotel management
- Maintain Food Service quality and safety standards
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment that meets both County Health Codes and the Hotel Quality assurance requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a stable work history
- Must be able to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace
- Must be flexible to work any shift as needed to include weekends

Education
- Background screening for previous criminal history
- Employment may be contingent upon at least 80% score on test on hotel’s reservations system (PMS ) after training
- At least a high school diploma or G.E.D.
