What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Springhill Suites Mayo Clinic St Marys?
We are looking for a part-time and full time guest service representative to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodations.
Guest Service Representative responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates, amenities, as well as the surrounding areas including Mayo Clinic. If you have a passion for customer service and a positive team-oriented attitude - we’d like to meet you!
Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

3pm-11pm
Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Assist guests over the phone as well as in person
Coordinate with all hotel departments (i.e. housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
Manage guest information such as contact details, room types needed, dates of arrival and departure, and payment information
Provide information about hotel, rates, amenities, and services offered
Assist guests with questions related to Mayo Clinic, transportation, dining, entertainment, etc.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
