About the Role

Springhill Suites Fort Collins is looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Engineer to help keep our hotel running smoothly and looking great for every guest. From guest rooms to public spaces to our pool and hot tub, you'll be a key part of the team that keeps things safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

We're happy to train the right candidate — if you're not yet a Certified Pool Operator, we'll get you certified within your first 30-60 days on the job.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Monitor, maintain, and service the pool and hot tub, including water chemistry and equipment checks
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with a friendly, service-first attitude
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and help extend the life of hotel equipment and systems
• Assist with general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, etc.) as needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming property for guests and team members alike

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with pool/hot tub maintenance
• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Availability to work weekends as needed
• A neat, professional appearance
• Willingness to become a Certified Pool Operator (training provided within 30-60 days)
