Front Office Manager

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Springhill Suites Fort Collins is looking for an experienced, guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team. In this role, you'll set the tone for every guest's stay, coach and support the front desk team, and partner closely with the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires flexibility, including evening shifts and weekends.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and schedule the front desk team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service
- Work evening shifts, including weekends, to support front desk operations when the hotel is busiest
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
- Partner with the General Manager on front office operations, staffing, and guest satisfaction goals
- Train new front desk team members and reinforce brand service standards
- Step in on the front desk as needed to support the team and guests directly
- Monitor front office performance and help drive a positive, team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous front desk experience in a supervisory or leadership role (required)
- Marriott brand experience a plus
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service to every guest
- A flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong team-player mentality — works closely with the front desk team and General Manager
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
