We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain a pristine environment.
- Execute carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are well-maintained and free of stains.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleanliness standards.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks, including inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Carry out custodial duties in various settings while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
- Prepare meals or assist in cooking as needed, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas post-preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of sanitization practices and housekeeping management principles is advantageous.
