We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained, clean, and welcoming. Duties
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support overall hotel operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies is a plus
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management is advantageous
