Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Greet guests warmly at the front desk, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and assistance to guests and staff promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance requests by inspecting facilities regularly, troubleshooting issues, and performing minor repairs to ensure safety and functionality.
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively, offering personalized service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reservation management, guest registration, and updating records using hospitality management software.
- Uphold safety protocols by monitoring common areas, conducting routine inspections, and reporting hazards or maintenance needs immediately.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence in a hotel or resort setting is essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and guest relations, is highly desirable.
- Experience with night audit procedures or hotel management systems will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
- A background in general maintenance or housekeeping roles will help you excel in maintaining the property’s standards.
