WHO WE ARE

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chambersburg is an 88-suite Marriott hotel in Chambersburg, close to historic downtown shopping and dining. We're managed by Areya Management, a Pennsylvania-based hospitality company running 15 hotels across Pennsylvania and Virginia under IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Best Western and Choice. With a small, tight-knit team, you'll know every coworker by name — and plenty of guests too.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

◆ Run the nightly audit in Marriott's systems — post charges and balance cash and card reports

◆ Check in late arrivals and take care of overnight guest requests

◆ Prepare daily reports for the General Manager and morning team

◆ Walk the property on security rounds and handle issues calmly

◆ Answer phones and take reservations

◆ Help get the breakfast area ready before morning

◆ Leave the front desk and lobby clean and ready for the day

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU

◆ Are reliable, organized and love getting details right

◆ Are comfortable working independently overnight

◆ Stay calm and friendly with late-night guests

◆ Are comfortable with computers and basic math

◆ Can work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

◆ Bonus points: front desk, cashier, bookkeeping or hotel experience
