In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast area is welcoming, clean, and well-stocked for our guests. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Prepare and present breakfast items according to food safety standards.
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed throughout the breakfast service.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with any inquiries.
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and dietary restrictions to assist guests effectively.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
- Break down and clean breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and preparation for the next day.
