- Strong leadership, accountability, and team development skills
- Solid understanding of hotel financials, labor control, and revenue strategy
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating with ownership
- This role requires hands-on leadership and accountability for results; candidates seeking a purely administrative or oversight position are not a fit.
- Primarily Monday–Friday leadership schedule
- Flexibility required to support hotel operations, including evenings, weekends, and Manager on Duty (MOD) coverage as needed
- Ability to respond to operational needs and emergencies when required.
