We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and handling guest inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems and hotel software.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and messages.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel operation or customer service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.e.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications.
