Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Oversee reservation systems, room assignments, and billing procedures to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
- Train and motivate team members on customer service standards, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone system protocols.
- Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong background in front desk operations.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage guest relations confidently.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professional interaction.
