Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through hospitality reservation systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle multi-line phone systems professionally, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and guest services
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service problem-solving skills
- Maintain guest relations by ensuring their needs are met during their stay, including coordinating special requests or accommodations
- Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies
- Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and guest relations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional communication via phone and in person
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
