Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless and safe surfaces throughout the property.
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy, well-maintained, and inviting for guests.
- Handle linen management efficiently by collecting soiled linens and replacing them with fresh supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
- Follow established health and safety protocols during cleaning procedures to protect yourself and guests.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking cleaning supplies and requesting replenishments as needed.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable; experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial services is also valuable.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, upholstery cleaning, and sanitation practices.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
