A Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant stay.Key Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, verifying guest information and processing payments accurately.
- Reservations Management: Handle reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online booking systems. Confirm bookings, make adjustments, and manage cancellations.
- Customer Service: Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
