Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, food preparation zones, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including warming trays, coffee machines, and food dispensers
- Handle food safety protocols diligently by following sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure an abundant and organized buffet presentation
- Support food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit or assembling breakfast items under supervision
- Follow dietary guidelines and accommodate guest requests related to dietary restrictions or preferences
- Assist with weight handling in the workplace when setting up or clearing tables and buffet stations
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly desirable; experience with fine dining or catering is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures to ensure a hygienic environment
