What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrub Tech - Surgery position at Springhill Medical Center?
Hours Per Week: 40
Position Overview: This position is full-time days with call. Monday-Friday from 6a-2:30p.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Job Requirements: Must satisfy one of the two requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program - certified surgical technologist (CST)
- Extensive experience as a Scrub Tech with employment validation (on the job training)
Additional Requirements:
- Validation of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have great customer service/communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicant should be able to work in high-stress situations.
