What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) WOW - Night Shift - Post Surgical/Telemetry position at Springhill Medical Center?

Provides Nursing Care to assigned patients through assessment of patient's needs, making nursing diagnosis, developing and implementing a plan of care, which reflect an individualized mode of nursing intervention based on specific population guidelines. Demonstrates Clinical competence in identification, assessment and intervention for patients.
As an RN in our WOW Program (Work on Weekends) - We offer you an hourly rate of $45/hour plus a $4 night shift differential. This generous compensation package also includes paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. In this position you will be unit based and required to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements:
- Current RN License
Job Requirements:
- Effective communication and excellent customer service skills are required.
- Two years of telemetry experience required.
