What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Day Shift - Critical Care Float Pool position at Springhill Medical Center?

As an RN in our Critical Care Float Pool PRN Program - We offer two shift options.

Tier 1: $47.20/hour - 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month.

Tier 2: $50.00/hour - 2 shifts per week or 8 shifts per month.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required .

Education Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Must have a minimum of two recent years of critical care experience.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.
Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required.
Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
