• Reconcile accounts and prepare reports on outstanding balances and payment histories
• Assist with administrative tasks related to patient accounts as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience in medical billing, patient accounts, or healthcare finance
• Strong knowledge of medical billing software and electronic health records systems
