Join Our Team as a Gift Shop Supervisor!
Springhill Medical Center is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to oversee the daily operations of our hospital gift shop. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring comfort and joy to patients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth retail operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys creating a welcoming shopping experience in a healthcare setting.
Shift: Fulltime, M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required .
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Validation of a High school diploma/GED required .
- Must have at least 3 years of Retail Experience, hospital experience would be a plus.
- Management experience required .
- Strong customer service experience is required .
- Must be proficient in retail operations such as inventory management and POS systems.
- Working knowledge of ARBA would be a plus.
