What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Orderly - Surgery position at Springhill Medical Center?
Position Overview: This is a full-time Orderly position. You will help transport patients to and from the OR in addition to room preparation, clean up, and retrieving supplies. Additional details will be discussed in interview.
Education Requirements:
- Validation of High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required by completion of 90 day probationary period.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experienced in a medical setting is desired.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift and transfer patients.
- Must possess good verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to follow directions or work independently.
