What are the responsibilities and job description for the CT Tech Assistant - 7 on/7 off Nights position at Springhill Medical Center?
Position Overview: This is a full-time position forking 7 on/7 off. The shift is from 8p-7:30a. This a very busy department and you may be required to transport in one on one situations.
Pre-Employment Requirements: We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Job Requirements:
- Validation of high school diploma or GED required.
- Capable of lifting/pushing 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Transporting patients to the CT department
- Assisting in the transfer of patients on and off of the CT table
- Assisting both CT and X-ray in their nightly duties (including portable exams, cleaning, stocking supplies, etc.)
