Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to nursing staff

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Help with feeding patients and ensuring their comfort

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures

- Document patient care activities in accordance with facility policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or license

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to patient needs

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient mobility for extended periods
