We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Weekend Veterinary Receptionist who’s ready to bring warmth, organization, and a great attitude to our busy front desk—just in time for the weekend rush of wagging tails and grateful pet parents.
Schedule:
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available for the right individual!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming face and voice clients interact with on the weekends
- Keep the front desk running smoothly—answer phones, schedule appointments, and support the medical team
- Create a positive, stress-free experience for pets and their people
- Balance a fast pace with genuine compassion (and the occasional belly rub)
