CNC Wire-Forming Setup / Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Wire-Forming Setup / Operator to join our dynamic team in Bristol, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our CNC wire-forming machines operate efficiently and produce high-quality products. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC wire-forming machines according to specifications and production schedules.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.Ability to fabricate and maintain tools such as arbors, cutters, and other CNC Machine tooling.Ahere to production schedules and use systems to track and report efficiency.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is a plus.Proven experience as a CNC operator, specifically with wire-forming machines.Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
