- Have your DDS/DMD and an active (or in-progress) Missouri license
- Are 0–3 years out — new grad, GPR-trained, or escaping corporate dentistry
- Can hold your own in restorative and extractions (implants a plus, not a must)
- Are coachable, clinically confident, and genuinely care about patients
- Think like a future owner, not just an employee
