We’re a boutique dental practice built on relationships, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking. Great dentistry, real mentorship, and a path to ownership for the right person.

You should apply if you:

• Hold a DDS/DMD and can get licensed in Missouri
• Are a new grad, GPR-trained, or 1–3 years in (corporate refugees welcome)
• Are solid in restorative and extractions; implant experience is a bonus
• Are coachable, warm with patients, and think like a future owner
• Want to actually learn — TMD, sleep apnea therapy, advanced cosmetics — not just fill cavities

The deal:

• Daily guarantee while you ramp up, then 23–28% of collections
• Full benefits: health insurance, malpractice, CE allowance
• Partnership track over 5–7 years
