Qualifications Required:
- Coaching experience;
- Cross Country knowledge and experience;
- Ability to work with high school students;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to work within school district guidelines and a budget;
- NFHS and First Aid certified;
- Availability for daily practices and meets;
- Ability and commitment to practice cultural competency and demonstrate respect for diversity.
Qualifications Desired:
- Cross Country coaching experience;
- Experience working with high school age students;
- Fundraising knowledge and/or capabilities;
- Understanding of OSAA rules and regulations;
- Good organizational skills;
- Ability to work with individuals and large groups;
- Ability to work with parents and booster clubs.
