Springfield Public Schools seeks outstanding candidates for the position of Head Varsity Boy's Wrestling Coach at Springfield High School for the 26/27 School Year.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Previous high school coaching experience, preferably wrestling;
- Ability to work with high school students;
- Effective communication skills;
- Willingness to work within the school district and athletic guidelines;
- ASEP and first aid certified;
- Work schedule that allows for flexibility with practice and meet schedules;
- Ability and commitment to practice cultural competency and demonstrate respect for diversity;
- Fundraising knowledge and/or capabilities preferred;
- Understanding of OSAA rules and regulations;
- Ability to be District van certified;
- Ability to work with parents and booster clubs.
