Summary:
The MDS Nurse, Resident Assessment Coordinator is responsible to coordinate the completion of the
Minimum Data Set Plus and Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Assists to maintain quality documentation in
the nursing department, quality measures, and case mix.
Qualifications:
Registered
Nurse licensed in the State of Ohio
One year exp. MDS and two years long term care nursing
experience required.
