Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Worker/General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Assist with assembly line operations by loading, unloading, and organizing materials and components
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently to support production tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Support maintenance activities by identifying mechanical issues and reporting them promptly
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is a plus
- Experience operating hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
- Ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork
