Clubhouse Manager:
Position Overview: The Springfield Lucky Horseshoes are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Clubhouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the team’s clubhouse for the upcoming season. The Clubhouse Manager will ensure that players and coaching staff have everything they need, including managing equipment, uniforms, supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the clubhouse. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of clubhouse operations, ensuring it is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Manage and maintain the inventory of team equipment, uniforms, and other supplies
- Ensure that uniforms are properly laundered, repaired, and distributed to players in a timely manner
- Assist with pre-game and post-game activities
- Be available for all home games during the season
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as clubhouse manager, equipment manager, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with athletes, coaches, and other staff members
- Knowledge of sports equipment and uniform care, including laundry
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment for supplies as needed
- Able to work flexible hours
Working Conditions:
- Hours will vary depending on team schedule, could be later evenings or early mornings and in between
- Role will be performed in the team’s clubhouse and stadium
- The position may require physical labor, including lifting heavy items
